Your account

You need an account to use the service. Provide accurate information and do not share access with others. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Using the service

Tutorspace is meant for organizing your teaching work. You may not:

• break the law or violate the rights of others;
• send spam;
• upload malicious code;
• try to access other people’s data.

Your content

Students, materials, assignments and other data you add remain yours. You give us the right to store and process them only to run the service.

Only upload materials you have the right to use.

AI assistant

AI assistant responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review materials before giving them to students.

Email

Only send emails to people who expect them: your students and their parents.

Availability

We work to keep the service running without interruptions but cannot guarantee it at all times. The service is provided “as is”.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email in advance.
