Who we are

Tutorspace is a workspace for tutors. This policy covers the Tutorspace website and app.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email and an encrypted password.
• Data you add: students, schedule, homework, materials and payment records.
• Technical data: device type, browser, IP address and service logs.

How we use data

To run the service: show your schedule, send reminders and emails, create invoices. To support and improve the service and answer your requests.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Student and parent data

You add information about your students. You are responsible for having consent from students or their legal guardians to process this data. We process it only on your behalf and to run the service.

AI assistant

When you use the AI assistant, uploaded materials and requests are sent to the model provider only to generate a response. We do not use your materials to train models.

Email

Emails to students and parents are sent on your behalf through the service. Recipients can unsubscribe via the link in every email.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers and transferred over encrypted connections. Only staff who need access for their work have it.

We keep data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after the account is deleted.

Sharing with third parties

We share data only with providers the service cannot run without: hosting, email delivery, payment processing and AI model providers. They must protect the data and use it only to provide their services.

Cookies

We use cookies required for signing in and running the service, and for basic analytics.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct or delete it, or delete your account. Write to privacy@tutorspace.cc.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page and notify you of significant changes by email.
